Todos recordamos que el General Mendez, fue ascendido al rango de MAYOR GENERAL, y luego puesto en retiro por el expresidente DANILO MEDINA SANCHEZ.
NUESTRO COLABORADOR NOS INFORMA QUE EL GENERAL MÉNDEZ SEGUIRÁ COMO DIRECTOR DEL COE, POR DISPOSICIÓN DEL PRESIDENTE LUIS ABINADER.
ANUNCIÓ QUE NO DEVENGARÍA SALARIO MENSUAL, SOLO PREFIERE LOS RECURSOS DE SU PENSIÓN COMO GENERAL RETIRADO.
